All of our cats only live in our house and if all goes well we have new kittens once a year. Both parents of the kitten are thoroughly examined by a veterinarian and specialist. Hypertrophic Cardiomyopathy (HCM) and Polycystic Kidney Disease (PKD) symptoms, leukemia, and Feline AIDS (FelV/FiV) risks are checked.
A one-time DNA test (via blood tests) is also done to see if they carry the genes that can cause SMA (muscle disease) and PKdef (metabolic disease) or HCM.

Our kittens grow up in our living room with other cats. We get them used to everything it takes to turn them into sweet, affectionate cats. We feed our cats a variety of high-quality foods. After all the necessary vaccinations are done, they are cleaned of internal parasites and free of fleas (if any). We allow our kittens to be moved into their new owners’ homes at  twelve week or later.

Our cats have an LO pedigree and an International Pet Passport registered with the World Cat Federation Deutschland official registry.

What you need to know if you want to adopt a kitten:
Feeding and breeding Maine Coons is our passion. Most of our free time and attention is devoted to cats and kittens. We adore all our cats and only want the best for them. Therefore, if you are interested in one of our kittens, we have prepared a few fundamental guidelines.

When adopting a kitten, we hope that you take care of it for life and consider its health and well-being paramount.
If there is a reason why you can no longer care for the cat and, therefore, another home needs to be found, we should be the first to reach out so that we can get the cat back or help you find a suitable new home.
The cat will never be placed in a shelter.

Our cats do not go out freely, nor are our kittens allowed to roam freely outside. A cat collar or safely
A fenced yard is ideal, so they can often enjoy being outside without the dangers (traffic, illness, accidents, cat fights, and, finally, rude neighbors).

We find it necessary not to keep a kitten as the sole pet, especially if one or both owners are working (full time).
A kitten needs a lot of attention and is happy when it has a playmate.

We do not prefer to sell kittens without personal contact, we want you to come and look at least once or twice and then make a decision.

Our preference is to take the kittens to their new owners’ homes for our peace of mind and to make them feel safe more quickly.

Even once, the adopted offspring is not allowed to reproduce. We only adopt breeders in exceptional or particular circumstances.
You can contact us personally because different conditions apply to raising kittens.

We would like to draw your attention to considering insuring your dear roommate because an accident can happen even in a tiny corner. We appreciate this so that unnecessary extra pain can be avoided and our kittens raised with lots of love and care can receive the necessary care.

We can share our experiences with you personally.
If you have any questions about it, don’t hesitate to ask.
Don’t let these rules mislead you; they exist for the health of our cats; this is our number one priority!
